Not a bad day for sophomore Jalen Hurts either, leading Bama and Snuffy to a 6-0 week. Hook ‘em Horns bounced back with a shutout win – he leads by a slim margin.
OJ would have remained in the lead but he left Boomer on the bench at OSU. The in-state rivalry game burned him this week in the heated battle of New Mexico for his only loss.
Stumpy Pete wins the week, the other Oklahoma team looks real good again, racking up 18 in his double game. The 1-2 punch of OSU and USC looks pretty good for Stumpy.
Negatron cruises to mediocrity, falling behind in the double point race. Colorado wins 37-3. And doesn’t cover. Washington and Tennessee get defensive points.
Klaus and Ringo go 5-1, Ringo losing his double game with the Buckeye loss, but moves up in the standings. Klaus’s Orange lose at home to Middle Tennessee.
Daggett posted a league-low 21 points this week losing 2, going 1-5 vs the spread and falls to 7th place. Baylor (16 point fave) loses to UTSA and WKU gets pounded by the Illini.
Bubba is setting new standards for futility, now 0-2 in double games after the Stanford loss to USC.
Murderer’s Row is pouring the hate to the Sisters sitting in the top 3 spots in the standings.
